I would not have gotten the money if he didn’t make those calls to the proper people who could make the right decision, even though I had spent near 2 hours at the bank trying different ways to make them see the truth. Mr. Daddono also handled a different account by writing up a petition and order for summary administration that was filed quickly. That order was approved and served to that account also. I was happy that the process was not the nightmare that I had always heard probate situations could be.
